Reuters report: Trump to unveil $1 trillion infrastructure plan in 2017: official

Reuters reporting on comments from U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao

• Chao said at an event that the infrastructure initiative would include "a strategic, targeted program of investment valued at $1 trillion over 10 years
