Weekend oil - OPEC head 'cautiously optimistic' market is rebalancing

Listening to these OPEC and oil dudes (they do seem to be all dudes) is like getting advice from a life coach ... everything seems to be about balance or something

And what"s with the comments every weekend?  ... Can"t they do something useful like going to a party, staying up too late, getting up the next day all headachy and going out to buy new sneakers? Instead of talking about balance all the time?

I digress ...

OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Barkindo (this via Bloomberg, more there)

• "I remain cautiously optimistic that the market is already rebalancing," Barkindo told reporters Sunday in Baghdad. "We have started seeing stock levels coming down."
