Not long to go now until the highly awaited/feared US election 5 Nov

A massive week ahead for the US and world in general and the latest clash between Clinton and Trump has turned to the more fundamental issues of the US economy

Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump have battled over the strength of the economy in the final stretch of their race for the White House  with Clinton praising the latest U.S. jobs report and Trump dismissing it as a fraudulent disaster.

It"s the 5th of November Guy Fawkes firework celebrations this weekend in the UK. Stay safe everyone please. It"s 20 years since a dear friend and hugely talented interbank FX trader Steve Timcke tragically lost his life at a firework party. I and my family were there and it"s been a complete game changer since.

Readers from those City days will need little reminding. For the rest of you please remember to keep everything, and that very much includes trading, in perspective.
