Mr Happy taking another swipe across the bows of fellow Eurozone members

• European Commission acting politically which is beyond its mandate


• the problem is that some EZ countries not doing what they shd do re structural reform


• need to be cautious on too much debt and liquidity in the world


• in danger of another economic crisis and bubble if not careful

Understandably cautious tones in those last comments.

Meanwhile EURUSD 1.0603 with EURGBP stalling at 0.8550 so far on its bounce from 0.8528  as GBPUSD once again finds demand around 1.2400
