The numbers start at the bottom of the hour with durable goods orders and initial jobless claims. I wrote a preview of the durables report yesterday and USD/JPY is flirting with the key level I mentioned.

At the top of the hour the Q3 US house price index is due along with the FHFA house price index and comments from Schaeuble.

At 1445 GMT (9:45 am ET), the Markit manufacturing PMI is due. Fifteen minutes later at 1500 GMT (10 am ET) the focus will be on the new home sales report and U Mich consumer sentiment.

That"s followed by the EIA oil inventory report, a 7-year auction, the Baker Hughes rig count numbers and the FOMC Minutes.

For more, check the economic calendar.
